UNC Athletic Compliance

The University of North Carolina Athletic Compliance Office is dedicated to the highest standards of ethical conduct and adherence to NCAA, Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), and institutional policies and regulations. Because compliance is a shared responsibility, the Athletic Compliance Office builds and maintains relationships with our coaches, student-athletes, athletic and institutional staff members and alumni to inform, educate and assist our educational and competitive goals.

The University of North Carolina is firmly committed to the principle of institutional control. In the conduct of our athletic program, it is our policy for all athletic department staff members, representatives of athletics interests and student-athletes to adhere to all NCAA, ACC and University rules and regulations.
