Whaley, Harkins Competing in U.S. Women's Amateur

SPRINGFIELD, Pa. – Kelly Whaley and Lexi Harkins will compete at the US Women's Amateur Championship Monday. The U.S. Women's Amateur Championship will be played at Rolling Green Golf Club in Springfield, Pa.

Whaley, a rising sophomore at UNC from Farmington, Conn., will tee off at No. 10 at 2:20 p.m. today. Harkins, a rising junior from Crystal Lake, Ill., is in the final group to tee off No. 10 today at 2:42 p.m. Whaley qualified at the Washington, N.J., qualifier and Harkins was included into the field as the first alternate from the Northbrook, Ill., qualifier.

Live results for the championship can be found at the USGA's website. The field of 156 will compete in two rounds of stroke play. The top 64 players will compete in match play to determine the champion.
