Five Tar Heels Among Cliff Keen Pre-Seeds

LAS VEGAS --- Five members of the North Carolina wrestling team are among the pre-seeds for the 2017 Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational, which begins Friday. Carolina is making its first appearance since 2011 at the Cliff Keen, annually one of the top in-season events in college wrestling.
Dalton Macri leads the way as the No. 4 seed at 125 pounds. He is joined by Troy Heilmann (No. 5 at 149), Ethan Ramos (No. 8 at 174), Danny Chaid (No. 10 at 197) and Chip Ness (No. 13 at 184).Â
