GREENSBORO, N.C. – Led by Midfielder of the Year Cam Lindley, North Carolina had six players named on Tuesday as part of the 2017 All-Atlantic Coast Conference Men's Soccer Team, as voted on by the league's head coaches.
Lindley has helped orchestrate a Tar Heel offense that ranks third in the country with 2.61 goals per game and a defensive unit that allows only 0.87 goals per game. Lindley is joined on the All-ACC First Team by forward Alan Winn. Senior Zach Wright landed safely on the All-ACC Second Team for the second year in a row. The Smithville, Texas, senior is eighth nationally with nine assists, and has scored three goals for 15 total points in his senior campaign.
