Spring 2026 Sports Marketing Carolina Blue Crew

Have you always wanted to get experience working for a Division-I college athletic department? Carolina Athletics is looking for UNC-Chapel Hill students to be part of the Carolina Blue Crew, our sports marketing volunteer program for the Spring 2026 semester.
As part of the Carolina Blue Crew, you will assist the sports marketing staff with game day promotional activities and other work as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Carolina Athletics Marketing Staff with game day duties including in-game promotions, set-up of materials at events, and assisting with promotional items
- Attend a minimum of 3 events per month. Must volunteer at 2 home football games (pre-game only)
- Facilitate marketing information at home football, men’s basketball, women's basketball, baseball, volleyball, men’s and women’s soccer, field hockey, gymnastics, wrestling, men’s and women’s lacrosse, and softball games
EXPECTATIONS
- Must be a UNC-Chapel Hill student.
- Commitment of full semester from January 2026 through May 2026
- Students must be energetic, responsible, organized, and motivated to assist with game day responsibilities
- Students are asked to be available to work games on nights/weekends, as well as a monthly Blue Crew meeting
- Students must have good written and verbal communication skills, be good teammates, and have the ability to meet multiple deadlines

- Course credit if needed for a class at UNC-Chapel Hill. Must be arranged prior to starting the program.
