2022 — Chris Gray: Men’s Lacrosse (Wading River, N.Y.)
Set the all-time NCAA men’s lacrosse scoring record with 401 points.
Finished second in UNC history in career points (219) and fourth in goals (124) and assists (95) in three seasons at UNC (transferred from Boston University).
Was UNC men’s lacrosse’s first-ever two-time Tewaaraton Award finalist and a three-time first-team All-America (2020, 2021, 2022).
He was the 2021 and 2022 Lt. Col. J.I. (Jack) Turnbull Outstanding Attackman of the Year, UNC’s first-ever recipient of this award, the 2022 ACC Player of the Year and ACC Offensive Player of the Year when he led UNC with 48 goals and 32 assists. Won ACC Offensive Player-of-the-Week honors nine times.
Scored 49 goals and had 42 assists in 2021 to set the UNC record for points in a season with 91, breaking the previous mark of 81 points that was set in 1973.
The ACC Men's Lacrosse Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2021 and an ACC Weaver-James-Corrigan Postgraduate Scholarship recipient.
Atlas LC selected Gray with the No. 2 pick in the 2022 Premier Lacrosse League College Draft.
