Dave Lohse, Jenny Wiedeke & Matt Bowers Are Honored by COSIDA

The College of Sports Information Directors of America (COSIDA) have honored three
of North Carolina's sports information directors for their work with brochures this
past season.
Dave Lohse's (UNC's Director of Media Relations for Olympic Sports) 1998 Women's
Soccer Media Guide was named fifth best in the country. There were 68 entries overall.
Matt Bowers (Asst. Athletic Media Relations Director) saw his 1998 Men's Soccer
brochure name fifth best out of 44 total entries.
Jenny Wiedeke's (Asst. Athletic Media Relations Director) 1999 men's lacrosse
brochure was deemed fourth best in the nation out of 27 entries.
