Carolina Hosts 11th Annual Alumni Monogram Day

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The University of North Carolina Athletic Department has designated October 16, 1999 as its Eleventh Annual Alumni Monogram Day.
Former Tar Heel letter winners and a guest or their immediate family members are invited to an informal picnic and also to attend the Carolina versus Houston football game. The football game time is at 1:30 p.m.
The picnic, sponsored by the Athletic Department and the Educational Foundation, will be held in "Tar Heel Town" which is adjacent to Wilson Library and Dey Hall off South Road across from the Bell Tower area..
In order for the Department to prepare for this event, attendees must return their checks or money orders payable to UNC Athletic Department by August 31, 1999. The football ticket orders should be mailed directly to the UNC Ticket Office. It is very important that attendees return the ticket order form by August 31 since the Department anticipates a complete sell-out for the game.
Attendees should present your alumni monogram membership card at the entrance for admission to the picnic. The picnic is from 11:30-1 p.m. and to be followed by attendance at the UNC vs. Houston football game which starts at 1:30 p.m.
