Wachovia Kick For Cash Takes Place During Saturday's Football Game

Rachel Stokes is the student winner of the Wachovia Kick for Cash. Rachel qualified by registering for the contest on TarHeelBlue.com.
Tracy Ducar, a 1995 Carolina graduate, member of four UNC Women's Soccer National Championship teams and a member of the U.S. National team that won the 1999 Women's World Cup will attempt a 30-yard field goal between the third and fourth quarter of the Maryland football game to see if Rachel wins a $1,000 scholarship.
If Tracy is successful, Wachovia will award Rachel a $1,000 student tuition scholarship and make a $1,000 donation to the UNC General Scholarship fund for Women's Athletics. If she misses, Wachovia will still contribute $250 to each of the above.
