Stephanie Belcher of nearby Hillsborough, N.C., is Monday's winner of our special women's soccer edition The TarHeelBlue Challenge.
Congratulations to Stephanie, who wins a free sleeve of Titleist golf balls emblazoned with a Tar Heel golf logo. He also becomes eligible to win two free tickets to the Feb. 3 UNC-Georgia Tech basketball game at the Smith Center. The winner of the tickets will be announced in late December.
