UNC Rowing Ranked 26th In Preseason Poll

The University of North Carolina Women's Rowing team, in its third season as a varsity sport, ranks 26th in the nation in a preseason coaches' poll. The poll of varsity eights is sponsored by USRowing and the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association and will be conducted weekly beginning on April 5.
The Tar Heels open the spring season on March 4 when they host Duke at University Lake for the Carolina Dash. UNC then heads for California, where it will compete five times between March 11-18, spring break week at UNC.
