Clemmons, N.C. - The University of North Carolina Men's "B" Golf team captured first place honors at the Greensboro College Invitational Golf Tournament, held at the Salem Glen Country Club in Clemmons. The Tar Heels fired an 36 hole team total four-over-par, 572 which gave them a nine stroke advantage over second place finisher Methodist College. UNC's Fernando Figueroa placed highest amoung four Tar Heels who finished in the top ten. Figueroa finished in third place in individual scoring with a two round total of one-under-par, 141.
