Tulsa Defeats Men's Tennis at Blue-Gray Classic

Montgomery, Ala. - Tulsa defeated North Carolina 4-1 in the consolation round of the Blue-Gray Tennis Classic Saturday afternoon. Carolina's Trystan Meniane and Daniel Pinchbeck lost for the first time in singles play this spring.
Sophomore Nicholas Monroe won his 14th singles match of the season, defeating Tulsa's Ryan Livesay 7-5, 6-1. Tulsa improved its record to 13-5, while Carolina fell to 8-4. The Tar Heels return to Chapel Hill to face Georgia Tech on Sunday, March 24 at 1 p.m.
