Dave Epplen of Taylor Mill, Ky., is Thursday's winner of The TarHeelBlue Challenge.
Congratulations to Dave, who wins a Chik-Fil-A peach bowl souvenir and also becomes eligible to win two tickets to the Carolina-Maryland football game on November 2, 2002.
