It is our intention to provide advanced levels of information toward developing strength and power with athletes. With our program we employ methods of training that have fundamental origin in both power lifting and Olympic lifting. We are always interested in learning state of the art techniques and training progressions from both sources as they apply to increased athletic performance.
The field of strength and conditioning continues to press on toward new levels of advanced training techniques. This will be a great opportunity for you to make your training program more effective and interesting to your athletes. I hope to see you there.
