The Ultimate 'Power Output' Seminar
October 15, 2003 | General
Philosophy:
This clinic is directed toward the following objectives:
1. To provide the latest training techniques in powerlifting.
2. To explore the most productive application of Olympic lifts towards performance enhancement.
3. To determine possible methods from both schools of thought toward developing power output.
4. To investigate methods of including both types of training into the microcycle.
5. To establish the most productive methods of linear speed development.
6. To discuss all-inclusive methods of developing a combination of strength speed and speed strength.
Powerlifters may choose a Practicum with Dave Tate as an option to the presentation concerning performance enhancement. We will conclude the clinic with a panel discussion.
