Tar Heels Share The Holiday

Some local families will have a brighter holiday thanks to Tar Heel student-athletes.
As part of the Share Your Holiday project, UNC teams "adopted" 37 local families through Durham Social Services. Each Tar Heel squad received a wish list from its family then collected money from teammates and coaches to buy gifts. Working around finals and preparations for the break, student-athletes shopped for and wrapped their gifts then delivered them, sharing the holiday spirit with those less fortunate.
