CHAPEL HILL -- The UNC Department of Athletics is happy once again to offer an Olympic Sports Pass that will grant its holder admission to all men's soccer, women's soccer, women's basketball, wrestling, men's lacrosse, and baseball regular season home contests during the 2004-2005 year. The season begins in September with men's and women's soccer and goes all the way through May with the conclusion of the baseball season. The price of the pass is only $200 for adults and $100 for students and senior citizens (55 and over). The amount of the pass is nearly half off the price of paying for each event on a game-by-game basis! The Olympic Sports Pass will gain you free access to over 80 UNC home games throughout the year without having to stand in line to purchase tickets. For those who choose to purchase the pass, all benefits that would normally be received from purchasing season tickets for the individual sport will be received along with sport schedules and seasonal updates as they become available. For example, an Olympic Sport Pass holder would receive the benefits of purchasing a 2004-2005 Women's Basketball season ticket such as a parking pass, a media guide, an invitation to special events throughout the year and admission to regular season home contests. The Olympic Sports Pass can be obtained by calling the UNC Athletic Ticket Office at 800-722-4335 or by coming in person to the Athletic Ticket Office, located at the front of the Koury Natatorium, adjacent to the Smith Center.
