
Tar Heel Doubles Team Wins Easily To Advance To Semifinals

COLUMBUS, OHIO - North Carolina's Chris Kearney and Taylor Fogleman scored a decisive win in the quarterfinals of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Indoor National Championships at the COlumbus Racquet Club on Friday afternoon. Kearney and Fogeleman defeated Federico Chavaria and Adrei Daescu of the University of Oklahoma 8-3.
Fogleman, a junior from New Orleans,and Kearney, sophomore from Irvine, Calif., advance to the semifinals where they will meet the No. 1 seeds, Somdev Devvarman and Treat Huey of UVa.
