Director of Scholarship Donor Development and Student-Athlete Relations
Brian's primary responsibility as the Director of Scholarship Donor Development & Student – Athlete Relations is to steward and cultivate our scholarship donors, educate our current student -athletes and coaches on the mission of the Rams Club and to assist with organizing and executing Rams Club programs. Brian was previously the Director of Sales & Fan Development.
Brian - a football scholarship student-athlete - graduated from the University of North Carolina in 2006 with a degree in Sociology. During his time at Carolina, the football team went to the Peach Bowl in 2001 and the Continental Tire Bowl in 2004. Brian's father, Andy Chacos, also played for the Tar Heels under Bill Dooley as a tight end.
Prior to working with The Rams Club, Brian was employed as a Technical Director for Insight Global Inc., an Account Executive for the Atlanta Falcons, a Business Development Executive for the Carolina Hurricanes, and an Executive for Sales/Marketing and Radio for WCHL.
Brian is involved with the local community as a Board Member for Volunteers for Youth, serves as a Carolina Club Ambassador and a member of the East Chapel Hill Rotary Club.
A native of Darien, CT, Brian now resides in Chapel Hill with his wife, Courtney, and their daughter, Zoe Violet.
