Day One Of Tar Heel Invite Rained Out

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The opening day of the Tar Heel Invitational scheduled for Friday has been canceled due to rain and inclement weather forecast throughout the day in the Chapel Hill area. Saturday's schedule will remain the same with Sunday's schedule changing from a bracket tournament to pool play. USC Upstate and Lafayette will open the tournament on Saturday at 10 a.m. with the Tar Heels taking on Lafayette at 12:30 in their first action.

12:30 p.m. - UNC vs. Lafayette
12:30 p.m. - James Madison vs. USC Upstate (Upper Field)
3 p.m. - UNC vs. Princeton
5:30 p.m. - James Madison vs. Princeton
Sunday, March 9
9 a.m. - Lafayette vs. James Madison
9 a.m. - Princeton vs. USC Upstate (Upper Field)
11:30 a.m. - UNC vs. James Madison
11:30 a.m. - Princeton vs. Lafayette (Upper Field)
1:30 p.m. - UNC vs. USC Upstate
