Zeller Named To All-ACC Academic Team

GREENSBORO, N.C. - North Carolina freshman Tyler Zeller was named to the All-ACC Academic team for men's basketball, the ACC announced on March 6.
To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during his academic career.
Other members of the team include Jack McClinton (Miami), Jerome Meyinsse (Virginia), Greg Paulus (Duke), Tanner Smith (Clemson), Tunji Soroye (Virginia), Johnny Thomas (NC State) and Brian Zoubek (Duke).
Zeller, a native of Washington, Ind., returned to action on Feb. 18 after missing 23 games this season with a broken wrist suffered on Nov. 18 against Kentucky.
