ORLANDO, Fla. - North Carolina notched their 10th win of the season Monday afternoon with a 7-0 victory against Bethune-Cookman.
The 29th-ranked Tar Heels won every match played in doubles and singles. Each Carolina singles player won in straight sets.
In doubles, 22nd-ranked Clay Donato and Taylor Fogleman blanked their opponents 8-0 at the No. 1 spot, while UNC's No. 2 and 3 teams won 8-2 and 8-3, respectively.
In singles competition, Donato and Fogleman lost only two games combined as the team collectively lost only 14 total singles games.
The Tar Heels will return home to face Michigan on March 15 at 1:00 p.m. The Wolverines traveled to Chapel Hill earlier in the season for ITA Regional qualifying, but didn't face UNC.
