In an effort to provide a peek into the busy life of a North Carolina student-athlete, UNC's Student-Athlete Advisory Council came up with the idea of a series of podcasts. Joe Kinderwater, a sophomore exercise and sport science major, recorded the first over the course of a typical off-season day in April.

Kinderwater, a member of the men's swimming and diving team, has earned All-America honors in the pool and All-Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Team honors out of it.
