Official Rules
(1) No purchase is necessary to enter this contest. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
(2) How to enter: use your Kroger Plus Card at any participating Kroger location. Failure to do so may be grounds for voiding the entry.
(3) The contest begins 12/1/2013 and concludes 2/10/2014. Entries received after 2/5/2014 will be void and ineligible for reimbursement of prize awards.
(4) This contest is open to all residents of the Continental United States, except employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Learfield Communications, Inc. and Kroger, it's advertising and promotional companies involved in this Promotion, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering this contest, entrant accepts and agrees to these rules and the rights of Tar Heel Sports Marketing and Kroger to interpret these rules as they deem best to operate the contest.
(5) Names and likenesses of promotion winner may be used by sponsor and sponsor designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to sponsor of the promotion winner.
(6) These prizes/winnings may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service as taxable income. Any and all taxes which may be due are solely the responsibility of the winner.
