GoHeels TV Feature: Marissa Young Joins UNC Softball Staff

GoHeels TV recently caught up with Marissa Young, Carolina softball's newest staff member. A three-time All-America pitcher at the University of Michigan, Young was named an assistant coach for the Carolina softball team on Sept. 3, 2013.
Young, who spent the last two seasons coaching at Eastern Michigan, will primarily coach pitchers and catchers for the Tar Heels.

The Tar Heels open the season on Feb. 7 against Northern Iowa in the Louisiana Lafayette Tournament, where they will also face Texas, Purdue and host Louisiana Lafayette.
