Tar Heel Rundown: April 28
April 28, 2014 | General
Not exactly sure where in the Rundown this fits, but you probably need to start your Monday with the Clef Hangers' version of "Happy," featuring Eric Montross in perhaps the finest dancing he has ever done. It also may be the only dancing he has ever done.

Tar Heels in MLB
Make room for the newest Tar Heel in the majors: Michael Morin was called up to the Angels last night...
Friday: Andrew Miller threw a scoreless inning and struck out a pair...Kyle Seager had two hits and drove in a run.
Saturday: Chris Iannetta had two hits, including a double...Brian Roberts walked and scored a run...Seager had two hits, including a homer...
Sunday: Red-hot Seager belted two more home runs and drove in four runs...Dustin Ackley had a pinch-hit single...Tim Federowicz had a hit and a walk...Adam Warren got the win for the Yankees with one and two-thirds innings of shutout pitching.
It sounds like Matt Harvey is living the life in New York City, even while on the shelf with an injury.
Long read
This is the definitive Lacey Holsworth feature, and even if you've read the others or think you're tired of the story, you need to read this one.
