Tar Heels Head To Louisville For An ACC Series

Chapel Hill, N.C. – The North Carolina Tar Heels (20-5, 5-0) will travel to Louisville to take on the Cardinals in an ACC softball series this weekend.
This will be a battle for supremacy atop the ACC as both teams are currently undefeated in conference play. NC State is the only other ACC team without a conference loss.
Scouting the Cardinals
Louisville enters the weekend with a record of 16-7, 6-0 in conference play. The Cardinals have one four of the five all-time meetings opposite Carolina, the most recent being in 2013. This will be the first game between the two programs where both are members of the Atlantic Coast Conference.
