#1 Heels Complete Unbeaten Regular Season

North Carolina will be the top seed in the upcoming ACC Tournament in Cary, N.C. The Tar Heels will play Friday against either the No. 8 or 9 seed at 12 p.m. UNC has won four regular-season titles in the last six years under the tutelage of head coach Brian Kalbas.
UNC earned the doubles point over the Eagles with a win on court one by No. 11 Jamie Loeb and Caroline Price, and on court three by Ashley Dai and Cassandra Vazquez.
Singles was also dominated by the Tar Heels, earning wins on four of the six courts. No. 15 Hayley Carter, No. 25 Caroline Price, No. 97 Whitney Kay and No. 111 Ashley Dai all won in straight sets.
UNC's Jamie Loeb was upset by Jessica Wacnik on court one. Loeb, who entered the match 13-0 against the ACC this season, won the opening set, but saw 105th-ranked Wacnik storm back to win the final two sets to upset No. 6 Loeb.
Wan-Yi Sweeting picked up Boston College's other singles win on court six over freshman Cassanda Vazquez in three sets.
