
Schneider Named All-ACC Academic For Second Year

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - University of North Carolina sophomore men's tennis player Ronnie Schneider of Bloomington, Ind., was named Wednesday to the All-ACC Academic Team for men's tennis.
This marks the second successive year the business administration major has been named All-ACC Academic. He has also been named first-team All-ACC on the court each of the past two seasons while leading North Carolina to back-to-back appearances in the NCAA Tournament quarterfinals.
To be eligible for consideration for the All-ACC Academic Team, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during his academic career.
