Haus & Lerner Earn Spots On IWLCA Honor Roll

CHAPEL HILL—The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) honored University of North Carolina seniors Elizabeth Haus and Naomi Lerner and 460 other student-athletes from 105 different institutions on the 2018 IWLCA Division I Academic Honor Roll.
To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.Â
Haus was a senior in 2018 who graduated in May with a nursing degree. Lerner was a senior team captain for the 2018 Tar Heels who graduated with a double major in political science and entrepreneurship. Â
The duo helped lead Carolina to the NCAA Tournament semifinals for the seventh time in the last 10 years in 2018, winning their third consecutive Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament along the way.
