Graham, Patel Win Respective Flights At Furman

GREENVILLE, S.C.- Alexa Graham and Sophia Patel claimed titles in their respective flight as North Carolina wrapped up the final day of the Furman Fall Classic on Sunday.
No. 60 Graham faced South Carolina's No. 45 Ingrid Martins in a three-set match, and wound up earning a come-from-behind, 1-6, 6-2, 6-3 in Flight 1.
On the indoor courts in Flight 9, freshman Patel dominated Vanderbilt's Laum Gish, 6-4, 6-2.
Cameron Morra and No. 82 Chloe Ouellet-Pizer both bounced back from a loss yesterday. Morra took on Mississippi State's Magda Adaloglou and won in straight sets, 6-1, 6-3. Ouellet-Pizer won her match against Silvia Chinellato of South Carolina, 6-3, 6-4.
Next week, the Tar Heels travel to California to compete in the Rivera/ITA Women's All-American Championships.
