Tar Heels Sign 19 For Track And Field Program

"We are extremely excited about this incredible group we have joining the Carolina track and field family next year," said UNC Director of Track & Field/Cross Country Chris Miltenberg. "As we continue to climb towards being one of the very best complete teams in the country again, these are absolutely the right people that we want on this mission with us. Through a recruiting landscape during the pandemic that has been unlike any we have ever seen, our coaching staff did an incredible job of building relationships with each of these recruits and finding the right people for Carolina and our program that understand our values and are ready to climb the mountain with us."
Those joining the Carolina men's program are: Judson Greer (distance/cross country), Melissa, Texas; Crawford Hope (distance/cross country), Homewood, Ala.; Bryce Kazmaier (combined events), St. Charles, Mo.; Brayden Radhuber (throws), Cornelius, N.C.; Colton Sands (distance/cross country), Spring Mills, Pa.; Ashton Schwartzman (sprints), Wautoma, Wis.; Sully Shelton (distance/cross country), Marietta, Ga.; Ethan Strand (distance/cross country), Vestavia Hills, Ala.; Parker Wolfe (distance/cross country), Denver, Colo.; and Troy Yearwood (throws), who is from Chesapeake, Va., and is transferring from William & Mary.
