Wrestling to Host Carolina Blue And White Wrestle-Offs

CHAPEL HILL – The North Carolina wrestling team is set to host the Carolina Blue and White Wrestle-Offs on Saturday, October 23, at 6:00 pm. It will take place in Carmichael Arena, and doors will open at 5:00 pm, and the action will start at 6:00 pm. It is free and open to the public.
The event will consist of a team inter-squad where it's the final match at each weight class. The wrestle-offs will help the Tar Heels solidify the lineup for the upcoming season. It will also be the first time fans get to see the freshman and newcomers in action.
"We are really looking forward to starting the process of setting our team," said Head Coach Coleman Scott. "We are excited with what we have seen in the room, and now it is time to show the growth we have made!"
