Men's Tennis Continues Run At Commodore Invitational

NASHVILLE, TENN.—University of North Carolina men's tennis players continued their weekend action at the Commodore Invitational on Saturday, with Tar Heels facing players from Vanderbilt in individual matches.
Peter Murphy and Chris Li both won their singles matches for Carolina, with five other Tar Heels dropping singles decisions against Commodore players.
Carolina enjoyed more success in doubles action on Saturday. Brian Cernoch and Mac Kiger won their match against #51 Michael Ross and Siim Troost, 8-7, while Logan Zapp and Casey Kania beat #19 Max Freeman and George Harwell, 8-3.
The Tar Heels will conclude their weekend at the Commodore Invitational on Sunday.
