Crawley, Tran Advance At Milwaukee Classic

MILWAUKEE, Wisc. - Sophomores Fiona Crawley and Reilly Tran combined for four singles wins and teamed up for a doubles victory on Saturday at the Milwaukee Tennis Classic.
No. 35 Crawley and No. 88 Tran each won a pair of singles matches in straight sets to cruise into the quarterfinals.
In the doubles draw, they knocked off Missouri's Ellie Wright and Gabriela Martinez.
An ITA Gold Level Event, the Milwaukee Tennis Classic features a 32-player singles draw, and a 16-team doubles draw. Men's and women's singles champions earn a wildcard entry into the 2021 ITA National Fall Championships, to be held November 4-7 at the Barnes Tennis Center in San Diego, California.
The Milwaukee Country Club will play host to men's singles and doubles on Saturday and Sunday.
