North Carolina's Brian Cernoch and Mac Kiger have been named the Atlantic Coast Conference Men's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week, the ACC announced on Tuesday.

UNC's top doubles duo, ranked No. 5 nationally, earned a pair of wins as the Tar Heels notched team victories over Clemson and Georgia Tech. On Friday against No. 65 Clemson, the two clinched the doubles point for Carolina after the Tigers and Tar Heels split the first two matches. On Sunday, they cruised to a 6-0 win over the nation's seventh-ranked team of Andres Martin and Marcus McDaniel to kick off Carolina's 7-0 day against Georgia Tech.

Virginia's Jeffrey von der Schulenburg earned ACC Player of the Week honors.

It's the third time this season that Cernoch and Kiger have been honored. They also earned the ACC recognition on Feb. 1 and Feb. 15.

Next up for UNC (13-6, 8-2 ACC) is an April 15th trip to Winston-Salem to face Wake Forest. The Tar Heels close out the regular season at NC State on April 17.
