Good Day For WTEN As ITA Qualifying Doubles Draw Begins

CARY, N.C.—Tar Heel doubles teams won two of three matches on Monday in qualifying draw action on the third day of the 2024 ITA Women's All-American Championships at Cary Tennis Park.

Thea Rabman and Alana Boyce defeated Kendall Kovick and Sue Yan Tan of BYU in straight sets, 6-4, 6-3. Meanwhile, Lindsay Zink and Susanna Maltby beat Olivia Dorner and Maiko Uchijima of Penn State in three sets, 6-2, 2-6, 1-0 (10-7).

At the same time, Carrie Beckman and Bojana Pozder of Notre Dame downed Carson Tanguilig and Tatum Evans by a score of 6-4, 7-6 (6).

ITA All-American Championship action will continue in Cary on Tuesday.
