No. 24 Clemson Drops Men's Tennis, 4-0

CLEMSON, S.C.—No. 24 Clemson won the doubles point and shut out North Carolina, 4-0, on Friday afternoon at the Duckworth Family Tennis Facility.
After the Tigers won doubles decisions at No. 3 over Chris Xu and Nick Mangiapane and No. 1 over Vladislav Melnic and Patrick Schoen, Clemson led by a 1-0 score.
The Tigers then picked up wins at No. 4 over Diego Jarry, No. 6 over Dennis Perumov and No. 3 over Anthony Wright on their way to clinching the shutout win.
The Tar Heels will return to action on Sunday at noon at Georgia Tech to complete a four-match road swing.
