Swimming’s Louis Dramm Claims First-Team Academic All-America Honor

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – University of North Carolina swimmer Louis Dramm has earned first-team Academic All-America honors as selected by the College Sports Communicators. Dramm, an NCAA and ACC Championships qualifier, holds a 3.956 GPA, while studying neuroscience. He is the program's 13th Academic All-American and the seventh first-team member.
A member of the Academic All-ACC team, Dramm produced an outstanding season for the Tar Heels, earning three Honorable Mention All-America honors in the 200 IM, 400 IM and 200 free relay. He also placed 12th or better in seven events at the ACC Championships including a third-place finish in the 200 IM, a fifth-place finish in the 400 IM and a ninth-place finish in the 200 fly.
