General Info: Should contend for a spot in the Tar Heel starting lineup...one of this year’s tri-captains...selected to 2002 Cleveland Golf All-Scholar Team for his achievements in the classroom as well as on the golf course...named to the 2001-02 ACC Honor Roll for the fourth consecutive year...red-shirted in 1999-00.

2001-02: Played in two of Carolina’s fall tournaments...highest finish was a tie for 47th place at the Mason Rudolph Championship...played of all nine of the Tar Heels’ spring events where he posted five top-25 finishes...runner-up at the NCAA East Regional, carding a three-under-par 213 total...tied for runner-up honors at the Seminole Intercollegiate...tied for 10th place at the Cleveland Golf/ASU Invitational, tied for 14th place at The Intercollegiate and finished 22nd at the ACC Championship...presented Ed Kenney Award for combination of athletics, academica and attitude.

2000-01: Played in one B-team tournament for Carolina in the fall...tied for 16th place at Dogfight at The Challenge...played in four tournaments in the spring, one as an individual...top finish was a tie for 39th place at the Seminole Intercollegiate.

1998-99: Played in the first tournament of the fall season for the Tar Heels...tied for 65th place at The Ridges Intercollegiate.

Amateur: Posted two top-25 finishes last summer, finishing 18th at the Rice Planters and 22nd at the Dogwood Invitational...tied for 13th place in 2001 Eastern Amateur...runner-up at 2000 N.C. Amateur Qualifier...competed at 2000 U.S. Open Qualifier.

Prep: Four-time golf letterman at number one position at New Hanover High School...four-time all-conference selection...conference champion in 1995 and 1997...four-time all-state selection 1995-98...regional champion in 1997.
