2003 Cross Country: Competed in four events for the Tar Heels • Her highest finish was second in the NC Collegiates with a time of 17:21.80 (4.9K) • Finished 10th in the ACC Championships in 20:58.7 (6K) • Took 19th in the Southeast Regional with a time of 20:53.0 (6K) • Her final event was in the NCAA Championships where she finished 203rd in 23:22.2 (6K).

2002 Cross Country: Competed in six events for the Tar Heels • Ended the NCAA Championships in 213th place with a time of 22:12.6 • Competed in her first Southeast Regional and ended the 6K race in 25th place with a time of 21:03.0 • Started the season with her best performance at the Campbell Invite with a time of 15:12.9 in the 4K (third) • Had her second straight top 10 finish at the UNC Challenge with a time of 18:46 in the 5K (19:49/10th) • Took 63rd at the Great American Festival (19:46.9/5K) • At the Asics/Pre-National meet, she finished 79th in the 6K with a time of 21:53.4.

Prep: Was a four-year letter winner under head coach Dave Bar in cross country and a four-year letter winner in track under head coach Dennis Scott • She earned all-state honors in track after winning the 3200m race and finishing second in the 1600m • Her junior season she finished ninth at the state championships, earned most valuable runner honors from the Almanac Newspaper and earned all-state honors for the first time in cross country • In her sophomore season she earned MVP honors for track after taking second in the 1600m and 3200m races in districts.
