ITA All-American in singles • 2020 ITA Carolina Region Player to Watch • Named to the ITA Team Indoor Championship All-Tournament Team • ACC Academic Honor Roll member • Finished the season ranked No. 6 in singles and No. 8 in doubles with Makenna Jones • Owned a 21-3 overall singles record (8-1 in dual matches, 5-0 vs. ACC) • Was 13-3 in doubles with Elizabeth Scotty and 9-3 playing alongside Makenna Jones • Won the ITA Carolina Regional singles championship • Defeated No. 5 Kelly Chen of Duke in the regional title match • Reached the Round of 16 in singles at the ITA Women’s All-American Championships and the Oracle ITA Fall National Championships and advanced to the quarterfinals in doubles of both ITA events • Clinched match point in the 4-3 win at No. 2 Florida State.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2018-19)
ITA All-American in singles and doubles • ACC Championship MVP • ACC Freshman of the Year • Second Team All-ACC • Became the first UNC freshman to reach the semifinals of the NCAA Singles Championship • Had a 14-match winning streak snapped in the semis against eventual national champion Estela Perez-Somarriba of Miami • Seeded 5-8 at NCAA Doubles Championship with Makenna Jones, the tandem lost to eventual national champion Andrews/Broomfield of UCLA in the quarterfinals • Finished the season ranked No. 21 in singles and No. 10 with Jones in doubles • Had a 31-8 overall singles record; 21-2 in dual matches and 10-1 vs. the ACC • Had a 10-4 singles record vs. top-75 ranked opponents • Compiled a 24-5 doubles mark with Jones • Four-time ACC Freshman of the Week selection.
