2019-20: Finished 25th in the mile (4:12.82) at the ACC Indoor Championships • Also nearly earned first team All-ACC honors in the DMR before three teams, including Carolina, were disqualified for out-of-zone exchanges • Clocked a personal-best mile time of 4:05.70 at the Valentine Invitational • Earned two top-five regular season finishes in the mile, placing second at the JDL DMR Invitational (4:06.55) and fourth at the Power 5 Invitational (4:08.98) • Outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic • Named to the 2019-20 ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2019 XC: Scored as Carolina’s No. 5 runner at the ACC Cross Country Championships, finishing 87th in the men’s 8K (26:14.3) • Also contributed to the team scores with appearances at the Joe Piane ND Invitational and the Under Armour Pre-Nationals, the latter of which resulted in a personal-best 8K performance (24:54.8).

2018-19: Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 1,500 meters • Finished 16th in the east region with a 1,500 final time of 3:51.09 • Earned second-team All-ACC honors in the men’s 1,500 meters, finishing fourth with a personal-best 3:44.42 in his first-ever ACC final • Won the 800 with a career-best 800 time of 1:52.28 at the Battle of the Blues • Opened his outdoor season with a second-place finish in the 1,500 (then-PR 3:44.53) and a first-place finish in the 4x1500 (15:42.57) • In indoors, clocked a personal-best 3,000 time of 8:39.61 to place 37th at the ACC Indoor Championships • Set a career record in the mile (4:15.07) to finish fourth at the JDL DMR Invitational.

2018 XC: Competed in all three regular season competitions • Ran a personal-best 8K (26:10.6) at the Battle in Beantown.

2017-18: Finished 25th in the 1,500 and 33rd in the 5,000 at the ACC Outdoor Championships with respective times of 3:56.60 and 15:44.07 • Ran a personal-best 5,000 at the Raleigh Relays after finishing the event in a time of 14:59.73 • Placed fifth at the Virginia Grand Prix with a career record of 3:46.45 in the 1,500 • Did not compete in the indoor season • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2017 XC: Competed in the ACC Cross Country Championships (DNF) • Ran an 8k personal best of 26:18.16 in the Louisville Classic.

2016-17 at Penn State: Competed in the 1,500 and the 5,000 outdoors • Finished 17th in the mile at the Big Ten Indoor Track & Field Championships • Also competed in the 3,000 during the indoor season • Finished 49th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships in 31:46.4 • Placed 85th at the Big Ten Cross Country Championships in 26:34.6 • Earned Penn State cross country freshman-of-the-year honors.
