1997-98: Was named to the 1997-98 ACC Academic Honor Roll...scored 57.5 points at the ACC Championships...was a first-team All-ACC selection...finished seventh in the 500-yard freestyle (4:55.41), fifth in the 200-yard freestyle (1:50.25) and 12th in the 100-yard freestyle (51.79) at the conference meet...was a member of the ACC champion 400-yard medley relay (3:42.85)...also swam on the second place 800-yard freestyle relay team (7:22.93) and the third place 400-yard freestyle relay team (3:24.29)...earned honorable mention All-America honors as a member of the 13th place 200-yard medley relay team (1:43.00), the 13th place 400-yard medley relay squad (3:24.44), the 13th place 400-yard freestyle relay team (3:21.99) and the 12th place 800-yard freestyle relay squad (7:19.51)...also finished 47th in the 200-yard freestyle (1:51.69)...holds school, conference and ACC meet records as part of the 400-yard medley relay team...also holds a part of the school record as a member of the 800-yard freestyle relay team.
