2020-21: Went 2-2 for the Tar Heels at 285 pounds • Pinned Gabriel Pickett of Gardner-Webb to earn his first win of the season • Earned the 3-1 decision over Jake Slinger of Pitt on Feb. 5
2019-20: Finished season with a 14-15 record at 197 pounds • Earned All-ACC honors with a runner-up finish at the 2020 ACC Wrestling Championships, where he went 2-1 • Went 7-10 in dual meets • Defeated Cornell’s No. 3 Ben Darmstadt (6-2) on February 16 to help Carolina to a win in Ithaca • Earned a 7-0 win over N.C. State’s No. 20 Nick Reenan on February 7 • Won three matches at the 2019 Midlands Championships • Finished sixth at the Southeast Open
2018-19: Went 18-15 his true freshman season at 197 pounds • Competed in first dual against Virginia • Won first dual as a Tar Heel against No. 7 Tom Sleigh of Virginia Tech with a 7-4 decision • Defeated Duke’s Alex Schenk to at the ACC Championships to qualify for the NCAA tournament • Went 0-2 at NCAAs
