2018 XC: Finished 113th at the NCAA Southeast Regional, missing her career-fastest 6k time by less than two seconds • Placed 62nd at the ACC Championships with a time just one one-hundredth of a second off her PR • Ran a career best 6k at the Penn State National Open, clocking 21:56.1 for 104th • Earned a seventh-place finish at the Charlotte Opener • Scored for Carolina in all five races.

2017-18: Set two personal records in the mile and the 3,000 meter at the Bob Pollock Invitational • Ran a career-best time of 4:31.50 in the 1,500 at the Virginia Grand Prix • Finished 31st in the 1,500 at the ACC Outdoor Championships • Earned six top-ten finishes over the course of both the 2018 seasons.

2014-16 at UNC-Asheville: Competed in the Big South Conference Championships for cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field • Helped the DMR team to take second at the Big South Indoor Track and Field Championships • Competed in the 800m, 1500m, and 5000m • Made the Dean's List both years.

Prep: All-American in the DMR • Broke the North Carolina state record in the 1000m and ranks #8 in the US • Qualified for New Balanace Nationals indoor and outdoor • National Honor Society member.
