2015-16: Finished second while throwing 71-3 ¼ (21.72 meters) in the weight throw at the Doc Hale VT Elite • Took fourth in the men's weight throw competition at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships

2014-15: Earned Second Team All-America honors during the indoor season for finishing 10th in the weight throw • Took third at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships in the weight throw • Set a PR in the weight throw throwing 70-10 ½ (21.60 meters) at the Iowa State Classic • Recorded six wins between the weight throw and the hammer throughout the year • Increased his PR in the hammer by more than eight meters • Earned All-ACC honors for finishing third in the hammer at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships • Took eighth in the discus at the ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships earning one point • Qualified for the NCAA Preliminary Round in the hammer and the discus • One of two Tar Heels to be named to the All-ACC Academic Indoor and Outdoor teams as well as the ACC Honor Roll

2013-14: Threw 67-5 ¼ (20.55 meters) in the weight throw at the ACC Indoor Championships, taking first overall • Also earned fourth in the shot put at the ACC Indoor Championships • Earned 15 points for the team at the ACC Indoor Championships and was named Field Event MVP • Now ranks fourth all-time in school history in the indoor weight throw • Threw 57-1 ½ (17.41 meters) at the ACC Indoor Championships for a new personal record • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll • Redshirted the outdoor season.

2012-13: Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the discus • Smashed his personal best in the hammer throw at the Penn Relays with a hurl of 187-2 (57.05 meters) • Threw a PR in the discus at the Raleigh Relays with a throw of 172-4 (52.52 meters) • Scored for the Tar Heels in three events at the ACC Outdoor Championships • Competed at the ACC Indoor Championships in the weight throw with a PR of 61-6 3/4 (18.76 meters) • Threw a season-best 55-4 1/4 (16.87 meters) in the indoor shot put at the Gene Anderson Invitational • Led the team in the weight throw with the top five throws of the season.

2011-12: Competed at the ACC Outdoor Championships in the hammer and the discus throws and scored in the discus.
