Career Best Times: 1:49.03 in 200 free; 4:47.21 in 500 free (6th in school history); 9:46.29 in 1000 free (3rd in school history); 16:13.56 in 1650 free (3rd in school history).
General: Two-time returning letter winner who made a tremendous impact on the Tar Heel distance group right off the bat...possesses three Top 10 times in the distance free on UNC's all-time depth chart...qualified for the NCAA Championships as a freshman.
2009-10 (Sophomore): Had another solid year in ACC competition...placed 10th in the conference meet in the 1650 free and 19th in the 500 free.
2008-09 (Freshman): Placed 11th in the 500-yard freestyle at the ACC Championships in a personal best time of 4:47.21, moving her into fifth place in school history...set a career best time in the 1650-yard freestyle at the ACC Championships at 16:13.56, placing her third in school history...she finished sixth in the event at the ACC meet...made the NCAA Championships where she swam the 500-yard freestyle and 1650-yard freestyle...also had season bests in the 200 free and 1000 free as a frosh.
Prep: Graduated from Chelmsford High School in June 2008...swam for her high school all four years where she primarily competed in the 200 and 500 free...holds the high school state record in the 500 free...went undefeated throughout her high school career in the 500 free...holds the New England resident record in the 1650 free...member of the National Honor Society and the Latin Honor Society.

Section #1: Swimming & Diving
1. The best thing about being a Tar Heel swimmer is being a member of a great team.
2. Since my last competitive season, the aspect of my training I've worked on the most is my technique.
3. My best friend on another college swimming team is Kathrine Kinnett-Wingate.
4. My greatest strength as a swimmer is my endurance.
Section #2: Hobbies/Interests
1. Away from the pool and academics, I like to spend time with friends.
2. On a long bus trip, I'd like to watch Primal Fear.
3. If I could compete in another sport at UNC it would be soccer.
4. If I received free concert tickets via a radio or Internet promotion I would love to see U2.
5. The one interest I have that people would be surprised to know is reading.
Section #3: Food
1. After a big meet I'd love to see a buffet spread that included nachos, chimichangas, fried clams and lobster. 2. My favorite beverage is Diet Coke.
3. I'm allowed to enter a room with unlimited snacks, one room has the salty stuff, the other sweet stuff? Which room do I enter and why? Salty.
4. My favorite food made by a relative is Ritz cracker chicken by my Nanna.
5. On my birthday, I'd love to be treated by my friends to dinner at any Mexican restaurant.

1. My most prized personal possession is my cell phone.
2. My iTunes library includes 1000 songs, including every type of music.
3. In a perfect world where making money was not a consideration my dream job would be crime scene investigator.
