Prep: Graduated on June 13, 2009 from Hopewell High School...was a high school state champion in 2006 and runner-up in 2007...team captain her sophomore year...athletic scholar her freshman year...Morehead-Cain Scholarship nominee...assistant editor in chief of the Titanium yearbook staff.
Personal: Full name is Michelle Parks Mudge...was born July 5, 1991 in Huntersville, N.C. to Julie and Dave Mudge...has one brother, Robbie, and one sister, Courtney...exercise and sports science major.

Section #1: Swimming & Diving
1. The best thing about being a Tar Heel diver is the experience of being a part of a family all dedicating our lives to fighting for the same goal.
2. My favorite thing about competing for Lawrence is playing "would you rather" in the van on the way to training trip.
3. Since my last competitive season, the aspect of my training I've worked on the most is getting my back healthy and remaining that way.
4. My best friend on another college diving team is Greg Ferrucci at the University of Kentucky.
5. My greatest strength as a diver is my fitness ability.
Section #2: Hobbies & Interests
1. Away from the pool and academics, I like to spend time running, baking and making picture collages. 2. On a long bus trip, I'd like to watch Shawshank Redemption.
3. If I could compete in another sport at UNC it would be gymnastics.
4. If I received free concert tickets via a radio or Internet promotion I would love to see Keith Urban.
5. The one hobby I have that people would be surprised to know is I am a student pilot.
Section #3: Food
1. After a big meet I'd love to see a buffet spread that included salmon, corn bread, mashed potatoes and chocolate chip cookies.
2. My favorite beverage is sweet tea.
3. I'm allowed to enter a room with unlimited snacks, one room has the salty stuff, the other sweet stuff? Which room do I enter and why? I would enter the sweet side because I prefer cookies and brownies over salty snacks.
4. My favorite food made by a relative is the green bean casserole that my Mom makes.
5. On my birthday, I'd love to be treated by my friends to dinner at Sullivan's Steak House.
Section #4: Personality
1. If I possessed the gift of time travel I would go to Ancient Greece, because I would love to watch the different types of ancient athletics. 2. My most prized personal possession is my 172 Cessna.
3. My iTunes library includes 1438 songs and it is mainly country.
4. In a perfect world where making money was not a consideration my dream job would be an orthodontist.
5. The most interesting person I've met in my time at UNC is Jonas Sahratian because he has taught me so much about nutrition, weight training and how to keep my body healthy.
